GO FOR IT!

Deuteronomy 1:21

“Behold, the Lord thy God hath set the land before thee: go up, and possess it, as the Lord God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.”

We often doubt God and His intentions for our life. We may say “Oh this isn’t what I planned to do with my life” or “How am I supposed to do this when I already started pursuing something else?”. We are often times put in a position where we have to make life-altering or difficult decisions, but if God say that’s what you’re supposed to do, or He leads you in a different path from what you originally wanted, then go for it. The verse above speaks about God preparing a land for his people and encourages them not to have fear or be discouraged. You see God has already set up and orchestrated your life for you. He has prepared you for what is about to come and He continues to motivate to you not be scared because He is already with you through every single step and decision you make.

This is God’s work. This is His doing and He would not put you through a situation that He knew you could not bear. So when God says go for it, you do just that. Not with fear in your heart but with drive and determination. Enter into those trials and tribulations with some flair and declare that you are going to flourish despite the hardships that are to come. Go with an “I can do all things through Christ” attitude and claim what is yours. Your joy.
